The planet was once whole; a world and all that inhabited it created by two the Goddesses, Eternia and Nocturne as a gesture of their everlasting love and devotion for one another.
The Snugzi were shaped by Nocturne in the image of her beloved Eternia. Wrapped in their soft and gentle blankis, with a love for life and all that it held. The Pompi were fashioned by Eternia in response; to create the sylk that would keep the Snugzi safe, and give them warm company always, much like her darling Nocturne.
The core of this planet formed a centre of intertwined roots, and from each end grew a great tree to house the spirit and heart of each Goddess. Eternia resided in the Tree of Life, and for Nocturne, the Tree of Death. The two would be forever entwined at the hearth of their planet, their home made in the image of their love.
After a long period of peace, their 'forever' was cut short. A war against Nocturne and the Tree of Death itself ensued amongst a growing people who had forgotten their origins. One which left the planet, and its very heart, split into two.
Welcome to Eternia, where the sun stays shining, things stay peaceful, and everything is everlasting.
